1. Keyword / Competition Research
During this stage, Secapio works with the client to determine the phrases they wish to rank for on the major search engines. Once we have compiled a list, we can predict the traffic each phrase will yield along with the current competition. From these results, we can devise a specific set of phrases to target. The main goal of this stage is to obtain a phrase set that is both high in traffic and low in competition as opposed to just one or the other. We are experts in this area.
2. On Site Optimisation
This stage involves the placement of the aforementioned phrase set into specific areas of your website. Around 40% of the relevancy weighting / score of your site (against the queried search phrase) is determined by where the phrase appears in your website copy (and code). Having optimised in excess of 500 websites, we are confident of knowing the optimum locations for the placement of keywords / phrases.
3. Link Building
Link Building is often overlooked by a lot of SEO companies when it comes to optimisation. Considering that around 60% of what determines your site to be relevant (against the queried search phrase) is based outside your website itself (off site), we consider it an important factor.
It is a proven fact that for any SEO Campaign to be effective, you must obtain relevant backward / one-way links, be it via natural methods or otherwise. During this stage of the project, we will source highly targeted backward links for your website, with a view to further increasing your site’s relevancy weighting - and in turn propelling your site up the search results.
